Run Devonport didn't appreciate being postponed from the original date and the weather delivered us an absolute stinker! Rain and strong winds swept through the event base in what was our first ever race held under "Omicron Red" conditions. That meant everyone had to be placed into the (soon to be notorious) start pens of no more than 100 participants. By the finish line however, all that was forgotten and smiles were back on dials for all finishers as they collected their superb finisher medals!
